Majesty Art Studio LLC will not be held responsible for hides LOST OR DAMAGED.

 

Majesty Art Studio LLC liability for loss or damage: Limited to the fair market value of the item at the time of the loss or damage.

Majesty Art Studio LLC, under no circumstances, shall be liable extra, consequential or special damage, no matter how it was caused.

 

By remitting skins for tanning, you agree to limit damages as set forth above.  You  understand that due to many factors that have an effect on the final result of fur  dressing all tanning is accepted at the owner’s risk. Majesty Art Studio LLC  cannot and does not guarantee a specific result.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PROCESS AND HANDLE SKINS  THAT ARE UNFIT TO BE TANNED.
