Protect your prized trophies, clean them every 4-6 months, and watch for any signs of bug damage related to infestations.

 

Some things to watch for include; lines or tracks in the hair, sawdust on or under the mounts, small shells on or under your mounts, hair slipping out in clumps, small holes in hollow horns or bird legs.

 

Some of the many culprits include; Common Clothes Moth, Case Bearing Moth, Fur Beetle, Varied Carpet Beetle, Furniture Beetle, Landers Beetle.
